If you are on a computer, you will see a box where you can enter your promo code or gift card code on the right side of your screen.
If you are on your phone, click on SHOW ORDER SUMMARY at the top of your screen and enter your promo code or gift card code in the box that will appear.
If you forget to enter your code, reach out to our team and they will be able to issue a partial refund. Please note that during our high season (from October to December), these requests will not be processed right away as it doesn't impact the processing of your order. Rest assured that our team will get to it ASAP.
