Note that we do not offer exchanges, you will have to request a refund and place a new order online if you wish to order a new size, and we will refund your initial order.
You have 30 days after your order shipped to initiate a return through our returns portal and 10 days to drop your package once your return has been approved :

The order will be refunded when the return is processed by our team. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after we received your order for processing. If you paid shipping fees to receive your order, we will not refund them.
If your package was not dropped off after 10 days, your return will be rejected.

⚠️ For hygienic reasons, tights must not have been worn nor tried on and must be unopened in their sealed compostable pouches with their identification card.
⚠️ Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
⚠️ Panties cannot be returned, for hygienic reasons.
⚠️ Microfiber shorts, shaping shorts and seamless shorts cannot be returned, for hygienic reasons.
⚠️ Bikini bottoms and one-pice swimsuit can only be returned if the hygienic protection has not been removed.
Items must be returned in their original condition with their identification labels, if applicable, and in their protective compostable pouches, free of stains of any origin, animal hair, hair, holes, tears, etc. and must not have been washed.
We reserve the right to refuse any item that will be deemed soiled, worn and/or washed, as well as tights packages that are opened. If this is the case, a member of the team will get in touch and you will need to pay a delivery charge so that we can return the item to you.
