You’re not entirely satisfied with the products you ordered? For an exchange, you will have to place a new order online and send back the original order/items for a refund. You have 30 days after receiving your order to send it back.

If your items were on sale or you used a promo code, please let our team know.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition with their identification labels and in their protective compostable pouches, free of stains of any origin, animal hair, hair, holes, tears, etc. We reserve the right to refuse any item that will be deemed soiled and / or worn. If this is the case, a member of the team will get in touch and you will need to pay a delivery charge so that we can return the item to you.
No exchange or refund is possible for international orders, unless there is a product defect or sending error. Any return made without our consent by a carrier other than Canada Post or USPS will be the responsibility of the customer. Charges must be paid at the time of shipment by the customer. We will not pay any fees that may be charged to us by another shipping company.
