You’re not entirely satisfied with the products you ordered? We can exchange them as long as they haven’t been worn (you can try them on) and your order was received less than 30 days ago.

You’ll receive a confirmation email from the team with the procedure to follow. Exchanges cost $8 for a new shipment. You will receive a link for the payment.

No exchange or refund is possible for international orders, unless there is a product defect or sending error.
