You’ll receive a confirmation email from the team with the procedure to follow. Returns must be made via express shipping and you’ll be charged a $8 fee for the return. You’ll receive a link for the payment. We won’t refund the initial shipping fees. All refunds will be made in the original payment method.
There’s a 5 to 10 business days delay for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
No exchange or refund is possible for international orders, unless there is a product defect or sending error.
