You’re not entirely satisfied with your order and want to get a refund ? We can make a full refund, as long as the products haven’t been worn (you can try them on) and your order was received less than 30 days ago (15 days if the item was purchased on sale).

You’ll receive a confirmation email from the team with the procedure to follow. Returns must be made via express shipping and you’ll be charged a $8 fee for the return. We won’t refund the initial shipping fees. All refunds will be made in the original payment method.

There’s a 5 to 10 business days delay for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.

Items must be returned to us in their original condition with their identification labels and in their protective compostable pouches, free of stains of any origin, animal hair, hair, holes, tears, etc. We reserve the right to refuse any item that will be deemed soiled and / or worn. If this is the case, a member of the team will get in touch and you will need to pay a delivery charge so that we can return the item to you.

No exchange or refund is possible for international orders, unless there is a product defect or sending error. Any return made without our consent by a carrier other than Canada Post or USPS will be the responsibility of the customer. Charges must be paid at the time of shipment by the customer. We will not pay any fees that may be charged to us by another shipping company.
