The first thing to do is to ask the people who live with you if one of them accepted the delivery. Then check in the community mailbox, if there is one in the building, and check with your neighbours. Still no packages in sight? Reach out via the Live Chat and we will solve the problem.

Please note that if a package is lost, we have 90 days to file a claim with Canada Post. If you reach out after 90 days, we will not be able to issue a refund or send a new order.
