My package arrived damage, what can I do?

If the packaging was damaged during transportation and altered the quality of your items, please send us an email right away with :

  • Order number

  • List of items damaged

  • Picture of the packaging where we can see the damages

Without a picture, we will only be able to offer you store credit as we will not be able to open a claim with the carrier. Otherwise, we will gladly reimburse you or send you a replacement order.
