Points expire automatically after 12 months of inactivity, meaning they will expire if you don't make any purchases, don't spend any points or don't accumulate any points within 1 year.

The Office de la Protection du Consommateur states: “Accumulated exchange units can expire if you do not receive any or if you do not exchange any during a period determined by the merchant. This period must be at least one year.“

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be exchanged for anything other than Radiant Rewards gift cards and cannot be transferred.
