Once the package is returned to our warehouse, the processing time is 5 to 10 business days since all items must be inspected before being accepted. 

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is made. If the 5 to 10 business days deadline has passed since the arrival of your package at our warehouse, do not hesitate to contact us.
