Quality is a priority at Rachel and we always take the time to carefully inspect our products before shipping. However, if you think you may have received a defective product, we will gladly replace it within 15 days of your purchase.

Write to us via Live Chat at the bottom of your screen with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item that is defective

  • A photo of the defect

If this is a defect, we will replace the item without charge as soon as possible. We highly recommend you check your order as soon as you receive it to make sure you don’t exceed the 15 days.
