Canada Post announced the beginning of a strike on Friday, November 15th, 2024.
As of Tuesday, November 12th, 2024, we started shipping out orders with other carriers such as Intelcom, Purolator or Fedex for every delivery within Canada and the United States.
If your order was shipped before November 12th, 2024 and it is still in transit, unfortunately, significant delays are to be expected and we have no control over that. If you need your order ASAP, we advise that you place a new order and return the other one once you receive it. Simply reach out to our team for assistance once you receive the original order.
RETURNS
If you have a return stuck in transit, unfortunately we will have to wait the end of the strike to process it. Rest assured that we will issue a refund even if the 30-day delay has passed. If you have a return you need to send back, please reach out to our team and we will provide you a new return label.
