Why do I get an error message when I try to initiate a return?

When starting to initiate a return through our returns center, please make sure that, when you enter your order number, you add the sign # before the numbers.

For exemple, if your order number is 1234, you should type it in like that : #1234

👉 If you don't add # in front of your order number, you will not be able to start the return process.
